§ 51.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Failure to comply with the provisions set forth in § 51.03 and § 51.07 constitutes an ordinance violation, and each day such violation continues is to be considered an additional violation, and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 per day.
