§ 32.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   A violation of § 32.11(A) shall be a misdemeanor and punishable as otherwise provided in this chapter for the Justice of the Peace or Police Magistrate to issue any warrant or summons or otherwise commence any such proceeding, as therein specified, without the same being authorized as provided therein.
