§ 157.03 OBSTRUCTION OF STREETS.
   No railroad corporation or its agents, officers, servants, or employees shall cause or allow any locomotive, engine, car, cars, or train of cars to stop in or remain upon any part of 2nd Street, Main Street, or 14th Street in said city where said railroad company’s tracks cross said streets for a longer period than five minutes at any one time nor upon any other street and railroad crossing in said city for a longer period than ten minutes, or to obstruct or prevent public travel upon any street and railroad crossing in said city for longer than said five- and ten-minute periods, respectively, above named, unless unavoidably necessary to do so. This section shall not be construed to include such obstruction caused by collision or other accident if the obstruction caused thereby is promptly removed and the streets and crossing cleared for traffic.
