§ 156.186 INTENSITY OF USE.
   (A)   (1)   Except as otherwise provided for in this subchapter, every lot on which a dwelling is erected shall have an area of not less than one acre.
      (2)   Except, if a lot has less area than herein required and was on record at the time of the effective date of this subchapter, that lot may be used for single-family dwelling purposes or for the other non-dwelling uses permitted in this subchapter.
   (B)   Public schools, elementary and high, or private schools having a curriculum similar to that ordinarily given in a public elementary school or public high school, including religious instruction in parochial schools, hereafter erected shall conform to the following minimum standards:
      (1)   Elementary school: Five acres plus one acre per 100 student design capacity;
      (2)   Junior high school: Ten acres plus one acre per 100 student design capacity; and
      (3)   Senior high school: 15 acres plus one acre per 100 student design capacity.
