§ 156.047 SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   No mechanical device designed for the purpose of controlling the internal environment of any structure shall be permitted in any front yard or within eight feet of any lot line in the “R-2,” Residential District.
   (B)   No accessory structures shall be constructed closer than five feet to any lot line nor in either side or front yard except a driveway not closer than two feet along a lot line. Fences may be located as provided in the attached chart.
   (C)   Except as provided on the attached chart, any fence over four feet in height may be constructed on any lot line only by variance issued by the Zoning Board of Appeals. On any such application, the filing fee is waived and the applicant shall pay only the cost of publication notice. The Board may authorize fences on lot lines not otherwise authorized only after finding the proposed fence is not a traffic hazard and does not block traffic visibility in any manner or endanger children or pedestrians.
