Principal uses include:
(A) Single-family detached dwellings;
(B) Single-family detached modular homes;
(C) Two-family detached residential dwelling units;
(D) Single-family attached dwellings (row houses and town houses), not to exceed ten dwelling units or apartments per structure;
(E) Temporary buildings for uses incidental to construction work, which buildings shall be removed upon completion or abandonment of the construction work; and
(F) Signs, as defined in § 156.021(D).
