The following are principal uses:
(A) Single-family detached dwellings, excluding mobile homes as defined herein, modular homes;
(B) Single-family detached modular homes;
(C) Temporary buildings for uses incidental to construction work, which buildings shall be removed upon the completion or abandonment of the construction work; and
(D) SIGNS, defined as follows:
(1) A sign or sign board not exceeding eight square feet in area, appertaining to the sale or lease of the premises or trespassing thereon;
(2) Church or public building bulletin board not exceeding 20 square feet in area; and
(3) Name plate not exceeding two square feet in area.
