(A) In the “R-1” District, there shall be not more than one principal detached residential building on a lot nor shall a principal detached residential building be located on the same lot with another principal building.
(B) No mechanical device designed for the purpose of controlling the internal environment of any structure shall be permitted in any front yard or within eight feet of any lot line in the “R-1,” Residential District.
(C) No accessory structures shall be constructed closer than five feet to any lot line nor in any side yard or front yard except a driveway not closer than two feet along a lot line. Fences may be located as provided in the attached chart.
