§ 151.59 INJURY PROPERTY; OBSTRUCTING STREETS, PRIVATE DRIVEWAYS.
   (A)   Injuring bridges, culverts. It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully destroy or injure any bridge, culvert, sewer, crossing, or sidewalk or any portion thereof; to aid, assist, or abet the same; to remove earth or substance from the sidewalk or from any street, alley, or highway and thereby leave the same below the proper grade; or to raise the same above the established grade without having first obtained written permission of the Public Works Director.
   (B)   Private driveways. No private driveways that cross city property shall be cut or excavated without written permission of the Public Works Director, and any damage shall be repaired by the permittee to its original condition.
