§ 133.08 BREEDING ANIMALS KEPT IN PUBLIC VIEW.
   No person shall indecently exhibit any stud horse, jackass, or bull or let any such horse or jackass to any mare or mares or any such bull to any cow or cows within the limits of this city, unless in some enclosed place out of public view, nor shall allow any such stud horse, jackass, or bull to run at large nor shall hitch or tie the same or either of them in public view to any tree, fence, or hitching rack within the limits of said city nor shall keep such stud horse or jackass enclosed in any lot, pen, or other place unless such lot, pen, or other place is sufficiently enclosed to obstruct the public view.
