§ 133.04 DANGEROUS ANIMALS AT LARGE.
   No person shall knowingly suffer or permit any dangerous, unruly, fierce, or mischievous animal, being the owner or keeper thereof, to run or be at large to the danger, annoyance, or damage of any other person.
