No person shall keep or maintain a house of ill-fame or assignation or place for the practice of prostitution or lewdness. No person shall patronize or be an inmate of the same nor let, own, or be interested in any house, room, or other premises for any such purposes or shall keep a common, ill-governed, disorderly house to the encouragement of idleness, gaming, drinking, fornication, or other misbehavior.
