§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Violation of § 113.01 shall be a misdemeanor and subject the offender to a penalty of not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each such offense.
