§ 111.20 RETAIL LIQUOR DEALER’S LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail any alcoholic liquor or engage in or conduct any place for the sale at retail of alcoholic liquors within the corporate limits of the city without first securing a local retail liquor dealer’s license issued by the Local Liquor Commissioner as hereinafter provided.
