§ 90.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person violating, disobeying, neglecting, or refusing to comply with or resisting enforcement of sections §§ 90.065, 90.067, or 90.068 shall be fined not less than $200 for each offense. Persons violating any other section of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of no less than $20.

   (C)   In addition to the penalties and remedies specified in §§ 90.080 through 90.088 and such other remedies as may be provided at law or in equity, any person, corporation, partnership, or other entity found in violation of any provision of these sections shall be subject to the general fines and penalties set forth in division (A) above.
