§ 90.085 DISEASE TESTING FOR PRIMATES.
   All primates shall be TB-tested by a licensed veterinarian. All medical records and results of such testing shall be maintained by a permittee and made available for inspection by animal control personnel. Any test results indicating a positive reaction to a TB (tuberculosis) test must be reported immediately to the State Department of Agriculture, the County Health Department, and the City Animal Control Officer.
