No doghouse, shelter, kennel, dog run, chicken coop, chicken run, or rabbit cage or other such structure used to house dogs or any animals, to include fowl and rabbits, shall be so located so that any portion of any such dog, doghouse, shelter, kennel, dog run, chicken coop, chicken run, rabbit cage, or other structure that houses any animal is at least ten feet from the line of the adjoining property. The owner of a dog, fowl, or rabbit is responsible if adjoining property lines are in question. Doghouses, shelters, kennels, dog runs, chicken coops, chicken runs, or rabbit cages must be located in the rear yard portion of said property.
