§ 90.045 RABBITS.
   (A)   No person shall keep or maintain more than ten mature rabbits in any residential area within the corporate limits of said city, and no pen, hutch, or other structure designed to confine or shelter a rabbit or rabbits shall be so located that any portion of such pen, hutch, or other structure is closer than ten feet from the line of adjoining property.
   (B)   Lifetime fee of $10 per rabbit and permit (Form 3) of location of rabbits shall be submitted each year. If new rabbits are obtained, the owner must update permit and fees. Permit must be approved by the City Council. The city has the right to refuse any and all permits.
   (C)   The city has the right to refuse or revoke the permit at any time during the year. If three valid violations of this section are documented, the city will revoke the permit.
