§ 90.040 KEEPING OF DOGS AND CATS.
   (A)   It is unlawful to maintain or keep more than four adult dogs or cats or any combination thereof in or about any dwelling unit, whether indoors or outside. A case-by-case basis of this division (A) can be grandfathered in. No new additions of dogs or cats can be added if granted in under the grandfather clause. Form 2 shall be completed if an applicant would like to be considered for the grandfather clause.
   (B)   Any person over the age of 18 years occupying or residing in any dwelling unit where a violation of division (A) above exists shall be subject to a fine, as provided in § 90.99.
   (C)   Each dog or cat shall be required to have a valid rabies vaccination tag on said dog or cat.
   (D)   Each dog or cat will be required to have a valid city tag on said dog or cat. Fee of said tag will be $10 for lifetime of dog or cat. Form 1 shall be completed for each dog or cat within the city.
