NOTES: | |||
(1) The violation of any of the terms of this provision shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $75 nor more than $500 for each offense. | |||
(B) It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicle proceeding along and upon any of the streets in the city to exceed a speed of 30 mph at any time or to exceed the speed limits provided herein, subject to the further requirements of the table above.
