(A) Entry into the area described in division (B) below by any vehicle, motor vehicle, motorcycle, bicycle, or other form of vehicular conveyance of any nature or kind is hereby prohibited unless for road utility or other property maintenance or unless previously authorized by the Chief of Police. Otherwise, access to the area is limited to foot traffic only.
(B) The area includes the Dike Road going to the riverfront and the wooded area south and west of the former covered bridge and north and west of U.S. 136 and east of the Montebello Access Road.
