§ 71.48 REGULATING SKATEBOARDS AND THE LIKE ON SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any wheeled device propelled solely by human power upon the sidewalks of the city between 9th Street and 12th Streets on Broadway Street. For purposes of this section, WHEEL DEVICES shall include, but not be limited to, bicycles, scooters, roller skates, roller blades, and skateboards.
   (B)   This section shall not apply to devices used by the handicapped nor to devices used in the furtherance of a commercial enterprise.
