§ 71.47 INTERSECTION AT 10TH AND BROADWAY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any vehicle operating on 10th Street within said city to enter the intersection of said 10th Street with Broadway Street until the operator thereof shall cause the same to be stopped before entering the crosswalk at the near side of such intersection nor thereafter until entry into said intersection may be made with reasonable safety and after yielding the right-of-way to traffic on Broadway Street in or entering upon said intersection.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any vehicle operating on Broadway Street in said city to enter the intersection of said Broadway Street with 10th Street in said city until the operator thereof shall have caused the same to be stopped before entering the crosswalk at the near side of such intersection nor thereafter until entry into said intersection may be made with reasonable safety and after yielding the right-of-way to any vehicular traffic in or entering upon said intersection.
