§ 71.46 U-TURNS ON BROADWAY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to make a U-turn at the intersections of Broadway and 9th Street, 10th Street, 11th Street, 12th Street, 13th Street, and 14th Street when proceeding in any direction through said intersections. A U-TURN is defined, for this section, as any turn to the left reversing the direction of travel of the motor vehicle.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person operating a motor vehicle upon Broadway Street between 9th Street and 12th Street to cause the same to be turned for the purpose of reversing the direction of the vehicle’s travel or to make a U-turn.
