§ 71.27 CARELESS DRIVING.
   It shall be unlawful within the city limits for any person operating a motor vehicle to operate or drive it in a careless manner. For the purposes of this section, CARELESS DRIVING is defined as any driving in a careless or negligent manner so as to unnecessarily or neglectfully endanger life or property. For purposes of this section, a MOTOR VEHICLE is any vehicle required to be licensed by the state.
