§ 71.26 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   It shall be unlawful within the city limits for any person operating a motor vehicle to, at any time, spin, slide, or squeal its tires in the operation of such motor vehicle. For purposes of this section, SQUEAL is defined as any audible noise caused by sliding or spinning tires. For the purposes of this section, a MOTOR VEHICLE is any vehicle required to be licensed by the state.
