§ 71.09 OVERTAKING.
   Any driver of a vehicle, upon overtaking another vehicle, shall pass on the left side of the overtaken vehicle. When requested so to do, any driver of a vehicle traveling upon any street shall, as soon as practicable, turn to the right so as to allow any overtaking vehicle free passage to the left of the overtaken vehicle.
