§ 71.08 DRIVING ON RIGHT SIDE OF ROADWAY.
   Any driver of a vehicle, upon meeting another vehicle, shall turn toward the right side of the roadway so far as may be necessary in order to avoid collision with such vehicle. Further provided, it shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle upon the left side of any roadway except where necessary because of obstructions.
