(A) Any person or corporation, except the city, desiring to use water from the public water system of said city and connect onto the public sewer system of said city and who makes a connection with the water main and sewer main located on Church Street between 7th Street and 9th Street shall pay a connection fee of $3 per running foot frontage based on the extent of frontage of land owned by the person or corporation desiring to connect onto the water main and sewer main located on Church Street for each such connection, and such connection shall be made under the supervision of the Public Works Director of said city.
(B) For the purposes of this section, RUNNING FOOT FRONTAGE shall mean the number of feet fronting on Church Street between 7th Street and 9th Street of the city owned by the person or corporation desiring to make connection with the public water main and sewer main of the city.
(C) Any person or corporation, except the city, not located on Church Street between 7th Street and 9th Street hereafter desiring to use water from the public water system of said city or desiring to connect onto the sewer system of said city and who makes a connection with the water main or sewer main located on Church Street between 7th Street and 9th Street in the city shall pay a connection fee of $75 for each such connection and such connection shall be made under the supervision of the Public Works Director of said city.
(D) Said connection fee shall be due and payable at the time such connection is made and shall be paid to the City Clerk who shall credit the same to the Department of Public Sewers and Water Works.
