§ 52.15 SEWERS ADJACENT TO PIPES.
   No drain pipe shall be laid closer than four feet to any iron water service pipe and no iron water service pipe closer than four feet to any drain pipe; provided, however, the water service pipes of lead or copper may be laid in the same ditch or trench with sewer pipes or drain pipes, and provided, further, no iron water service pipe shall be laid in any street between the water main and the stop box anywhere within the primary water district, that is to say, on any street in which any public water service main is laid.
