SECTION 9-1: BOARD OF EDUCATION673.

A. Board of Education Established. There shall be a Board of Education consisting of the Mayor, ex-officio, and nine (9) Electors of the Town, elected as set forth in § 3-3 of this Charter 674.

B. Said Board shall have all the powers conferred and imposed by the General Statutes on boards of education in respect to the control and management of schools and the Town s Department of Education675.
