§ 154.06 VIOLATION PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Any building erected or occupied in violation of the provisions of §§ 154.01 to 154.06, inclusive, shall be deemed an unlawful structure or unlawfully occupied and the building inspector shall institute or request the institution of legal proceedings to restrain, enjoin or abate the erection or occupation of such structure or cause it to be vacated and removed.
   (B)   No person, firm or corporation shall erect, occupy or permit to be occupied a structure in violation of §§ 154.01 to 154.06, inclusive.
