§ 125.02 LICENSING REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   No extended hours convenience store shall be opened between the hours of 11:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. or any portion thereof, without a license issued under this chapter.
   (B)   The fee for this license shall be $100 yearly.
