§ 117.03 PERMIT FEE; ISSUANCE; EXPIRATION.
   (A)   Permits shall be valid for one year from the date of issuance. The fee for a permit issued under this chapter shall be $200 each year in all cases except as set forth in § 117.04 or § 117.08 of this chapter.
   (B)   Upon submission of an application for a permit under this chapter, the applicant shall submit proper identification and payment of the fee as set forth above.
