§ 112.05 Location requirements for circuses and carnivals.
   No license shall be issued by the police chief for any circus oi carnival unless there has been filed with the police chief an amusement license therefor, issued by the commissioner of state police, pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat., §§ 29-129 to 29-143, inclusive and § 14-164A; and, provided further, that the proposed location for any circus shall have a frontage on a public highway within the town of not less than 250 feet and the proposed location for any carnival shall have a frontage on a public highway within the town of not less than 100 feet and that the area of the proposed location shall be deemed sufficient by the police chief for the intended use thereof without danger to the public, and provided the fire marshal of the town shall file a written report with the police chief certifying that in his opinion the proposed location is provided with sufficient and adequate means of ingress and egress necessary for the reasonable safety of the public.
