§ 97.99 PENALTY.

(A) Whoever violates any provision of § 97.10 shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Whoever violates any provisions of § 97.15, 97.18 or 97.21 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50.
