§ 97.15 PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to construct, dig, drive, or drill a well or cause to be constructed, dug, driven, or drilled a well in the town without first obtaining a written permit from the director of health or his duly appointed inspector.
