§ 96.99 PENALTY.

(A) Whoever violates any provisions of§§ 96.01, 96.05 or 96.08 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $25 for each offense. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Whoever violates any provisions of§§ 96.35 or 96.36 shall forfeit and be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50 for each offense.
