Any person or firm who violates any provision of §§ 93.10 to 93.16, inclusive, as enacted, or who shall fail to comply with any notice or order by the fire marshal of the town fire department, may be subject to arrest and prosecution by the proper authorities and may be fined as provided by § 93.99.
