§ 93.06 Violation prohibited.
   The violation of any provisions of §§ 93.01 to 93.06, inclusive, shall be deemed a misdemeanor and the chief of the fire department may remove or cause to be removed, at the owner's expense, all stocks of fireworks or other combustibles exposed for sale or held in stock in violation of §§ 93.01 to 93.06, inclusive.
