No provision of §§ 93.01 to 93.06, inclusive, shall be deemed to prohibit the manufacture, keeping, storage, transportation and sales of pistols, revolvers, firearms, ammunition and explosives in compliance with the laws of this state; nor prohibit the storage or sale of fireworks by any wholesale dealer or jobber who shall sell and deliver the same outside of the limits of the town; provided, however, that articles above mentioned in this section when in the process of delivery shall be securely packed in closed containers.
