Upon denial of an auto transportation service driver's license application under this chapter, the applicant shall have the right to appeal such denial to the city council in writing within fifteen (15) days of receipt of denial. The city council may, upon findings of fact, grant or refuse such license. (Ord. 757 § 11, 2000)
