Every applicant applying for issuance of a business license or renewal of such license under this chapter who intends to charge fees for auto transportation services shall submit to the city clerk, prior to the granting of any license or renewal under this chapter, a complete schedule of fares designating the rates to be charged by such licensee, per passenger, for transportation from any designated stopping point to any other designated stopping point served by the licensee. The schedule of fares shall be approved by the city prior to the granting of any license under this chapter and can thereafter be modified only with the prior approval of the city. When approved, the schedule of fares shall be posted in a conspicuous place in each vehicle licensed for use under this chapter. Furthermore, a copy of such schedule shall be delivered to the airport manager of the Friedman Memorial Airport and an additional copy shall be posted in a conspicuous place designated by the airport manager in the terminal building of the Friedman Memorial Airport.
