18.04.020: AMENDMENT:
Pursuant to Idaho Code section 67-6518, amendments to this title are required to be noticed according to the procedures set forth in Idaho Code section 67-6509, including a public hearing before the commission and the council and notice of each of the hearings at least fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing. (Ord. 1116, 2012)
