A. Design: Unless otherwise exempted or as otherwise stated herein, the guidelines and standards of this title shall apply to any design of infrastructure projects within the jurisdiction of the city of Hailey. For any large subdivision application, all guidelines identified herein shall be treated as standards.
B. Construction And Reconstruction: Unless otherwise exempted, the city standards set forth in this title shall apply to any construction and reconstruction of infrastructure projects within the jurisdiction of the city of Hailey. If the city standards do not address a standard found in the infrastructure project, the ISPWC manual in effect at the time of the application shall govern that standard in the project.
