A. Specified: A conditional use permit which is not used within the time specified in the permit, or if no time is specified, within one year after the permit is granted, shall be void.
B. Discontinuance Of Use: A conditional use permit is void six (6) months after the use for which it is issued is discontinued.
C. Small Scale Wind Energy System: A conditional use permit for a small scale wind energy system that is not maintained in good repair and in working condition shall be considered to be a discontinuation of use. A small scale wind energy system with a void conditional use permit shall be completely removed and no remnant of the system shall be visible from any public right-of-way or private property.
