5.13.080: DATES; HOURS OF SALE OF LIQUOR, WINE AND BEER:

No liquor, wine or beer or any combination thereof, shall be sold, offered for sale, or given away by any permit holder upon any permit premises, other than the dates and hours during which the permit is to be effective. (Ord. 759 § 8, 2000)
