A. Required: It is the affirmative obligation of the owner of every sign within the city to maintain the sign in a good state of repair at all times.
B. Nonconforming Signs: Nonconforming signs may be repaired and maintained, provided the repairs are for the purpose of maintaining the sign in its original condition, do not increase the degree of nonconformity in the sign, and are otherwise in accordance with this section 17.08A.020.
