The Downtown Residential Overlay District shall be an overlay district with bulk, open space, landscaping and parking requirements for buildings and structures located within the district which are developed as multi-family or mixed uses. Where the regulations specified in this article differ from corresponding regulations specified for the underlying zoning district, the requirements of this article shall apply and control, except as otherwise specified in this article.
