The Small Residential Overlay District is hereby established for all properties lying within the boundaries shown on the official zoning map for the City of Hailey. The overlay district applies to properties located within the SRO regardless of zoning district designation. Utilization of the relaxed bulk, density and parking provisions allowed in this overlay district is expressly contingent upon obtaining a conditional use permit pursuant to chapter 17.11 of this title.
